Planning a bathroom renovation can feel overwhelming, but for us the process is simple. This is what we do every day.

Many of our projects begin through one of our affiliated showrooms, where a designer helps plan the space and select products. In these cases, the showroom usually leads the design process and works closely with us to ensure everything is suitable for installation.

If you’ve come to us directly through a recommendation or via our website, we’ll first establish what stage you’re at and guide you accordingly.

Most clients fall into one of two categories.

A – You Already Know What You Want

If you already have a clear vision and are sourcing products from a supplier we don’t directly work with, we can still help ensure everything works properly within the space.

 We can assist with:

 Room measurements

 Guidance on sizing

 Ensuring products are compatible with the installation

This allows you to move forward confidently knowing your selections will work in practice.

B – You Need Design & Product Guidance

If you’d prefer help designing the space and selecting products, we’ll direct you to one of our trusted showroom partners.

Their designers can help with:

 Creating a bespoke layout

 Producing 3D and architectural level plans

 Selecting products suited to your budget

 Advising on styles and materials

8. High end/premium vs Luxury – what’s the difference? (insert photo)

The difference between premium and luxury comes down to more than just quality — it’s about exclusivity and experience.

Premium products are high-quality, well-designed and built to last, but they are still widely available and reasonably priced. Brands like Hansgrohe and Duravit offer excellent performance and design without entering the luxury price bracket.

Luxury, on the other hand, goes beyond function and quality to create something truly special. It often involves bespoke elements, rare materials and a level of craftsmanship that makes the space feel unique.

Premium products and tiles typically start around £6,000–£8,000, while individual luxury items — such as bespoke stone baths or handcrafted furniture — can range from £6,000 to £20,000 or more.

Installing luxury products also requires greater care and precision. Bespoke materials, natural stone, marble slabs and custom glass panels demand more time and attention during installation. The handling and responsibility of working with high-value products alone requires a more careful approach, as even minor damage can be extremely costly to replace.
