A few years ago, we had the pleasure of working with Jacob and Sophie, fitting two bathrooms in their home. They were delighted with the results, and when their daughter got married, they generously gifted her a house and agreed to pay for three bathrooms to be installed.

We provided a quote for the work, but the builder already working on the property undercut us by £6,000. Understandably, they went with the cheaper option. Unfortunately, it turned into a nightmare. The project was poorly managed, and the workmanship was even worse—beautiful products and high-end tiles completely ruined by careless installation. What should have been a smooth process became a stressful, drawn-out mess.

We completely understand that saving money is important, but when it comes to something as permanent as a bathroom, finding a skilled, trusted installer is worth it. Cutting corners on expertise often leads to costly mistakes and major headaches.
